Incorporated in 1995, IAC Electricals (M) Sdn Bhd specialises in the designs and fabrication of lattice steel structures, insulator hardware, conductor fittings and accessories for extra-high-voltage (EHV) overhead transmission lines and substations.
Its Batu Gajah plant remains the first and only combined manufacturing facility of its kind in the region —towers, fittings and aluminium-cast accessories produced under one roof, backed by a fully computerised design office and in-house testing laboratory.
Since 2024, IAC Electricals has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Ann Joo Resources Berhad, anchoring the Group’s integrated steel-to-grid value chain.
