About Yayasan Jasa Ann Joo
Yayasan Jasa Ann Joo (“Foundation”) was established in April 2018 to contribute to the community regardless of race, status, and religion by sponsoring students intending to pursue higher education in Technical/Engineering, Accounting/Finance, Applied Sciences, and Computer Science/Information Technology from local universities/TVET institutions. The Foundation helps underprivileged people in the community to achieve an improved quality of life and is also involved in efforts to protect and preserve the environment.

Eligibility

  • Deserving Malaysian citizen not exceeding 23 years of age at the time of application

  • Currently pursuing full-time studies in Engineering / Accounting / Finance / Applied Sciences / Computer Science / Information Technology degrees in their second (2nd) year onwards

  • Consistently strong academic achievements with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 for previous semesters in the Degree course or minimum average of 60% for their first 6 papers of ACCA at the time of application.

  • Proficient in English and possess strong communication skills, positive traits & leadership skills

  • Active participation in extra-curricular or sports activities

  • Must not be presently holding other scholarship / loans or be bonded to / or in receipt of financial aid / awards from any other corporation / institution / foundation or governmental body
