• Manage all warehouse activities on a daily task.
• Liaise either internal or even external customers in term of shipment activities.
• Responsible for site equipment and materials receiving, stored and distributed and keep in safe conditions.
• Responsible for regular stock checking from time to time.
• Familiar with customs clearance, import and export shipment processes and documentations.

Requirements

• Degree Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Those without tertiary qualification must have at least 10 years related working experience. Include 5 years as supervisory level.
• Able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literate & Proficient in English & B. Malaysia.

• Conduct training program to all warehouse personnel.
• Conduct storage planning for all products coming to the warehouse.
• Conduct material inspection on all products coming to the warehouse.
• Conduct inventory check periodically and submit the result to the management for review.
• Conduct material handling equipment maintenance services regularly.
• Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of goods to customers.
• Handling customers complaint on material quality.
• Ensure safety rules and regulations are strictly observed by all warehouse personnel.
• Perform other tasks as required by management.

Requirements

• Degree Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years Experienced or Equivalent.
• Willing to work overtime and on weekend when necessary.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision from Manager, take initiative and be proactive in performing operational activities to meet customer expectations.
• Strong leadership with good organizational skills.
