We’re looking for bright Model Citizens for the following roles:-

  • To provide administrative support to sales operations.
  • To prepare daily sales report, management reports and debtors’ report.
  • To issue reminder and correspondences letter whenever necessary.
  • To do month end report for control of collection.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in related field.
  • Capable of handling sales administration independently with minimum supervision.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Self-motivated and result orientated with an eye for details.
  • Possess pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill.
  • Good in mathematics.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Analyze and review the production costing, stock movement report and stock records.
  • Analyze and review cost processes and identify opportunities to initiate process improvement.
  • Analyze and review costing variances and identify the manufacturing processes with cost build ups.
  • Develop meaning cost reporting to support business decision related to production, inventory management, product pricing and margin.
  • Conduct product cost studies as and when required.
  • Plan, organize and coordinate periodic stock count exercise.
  • Responsible for costing month end closing.
  • Prepare and review the costing projection for annual budget.
  • Any related ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualifications in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Specializing in Finance- Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Candidate with knowledge in period actual costing is preferred.

  • To drive Company Director to the respective destination safely as per schedule.
  • To ensure Director’s car is in good condition and safe to drive.
  • To assist other related or ad-hoc duties as and when it is required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 year experience as personal driver.
  • Familiar with Shah Alam &Klang Valley routes.
  • Age of 28 – 46 years old.
  • Non Smoker.
  • Live in Shah Alam.
