API began commercial operations in 1990 in the form of a joint venture through a strategic collaboration with Japanese partners, and a local counterpart. The company specializes in metal stamping, spot welding, robot welding, MIG and TIG for various industries that use metal parts requiring the highest degree of technical precision such as those in the consumer electronics, furniture and automotive component parts sectors.

The company is equipped with a complete range of machinery such as progressive line, robotic line and the tandem line ranging from 80 metric tonnes to 300 metric tonnes.
