AJIS, incorporated in the year 2007, is primarily engaged in the manufacturing of iron and steel products via the latest blast furnace (“BF”) technology. The company embarked on an investment in integrated iron and steel-making facilities using a hybrid of BF and EAF technology which is the best-in-its-class and is also environmental-friendly technology.

BF technology yields significant energy savings in electricity consumption for steel production via hot metal charging and enables the Group to venture into the manufacturing of higher grade steel products in terms of product purity and quality.

Through a technology tie-up agreement with one of the largest steel groups in China, AJIS is well equipped with a 450m³ BF Complex for iron production with an annual rated production capacity of 500,000 metric tonnes.
